1. When registering on ute.limited, the Client provides certain personal data, including information necessary to prevent the legalization of illegally obtained funds.

1.1 The Company collects and stores the following information about the client: Email address, encrypted password, full name of the client and address.

2. The Client undertakes to provide correct, accurate and updated personal data, and must not impersonate another individual or legal entity. In case of a change in the data, the Client is obliged to notify the Company immediately or within 30 days after such a change.

2.1 Information about the Client that has been or will be provided by the Client during his use of the ute.limited services may be used by the Company to send advertising messages to the Client.

2.2 The Client's details, which have been and/or will be provided by the Client in the course of his/her actions on the Site, may be disclosed by the Company to government authorities. The Company will disclose such information only if required by the Company in accordance with applicable law, regulation or court decision to the minimum extent necessary.

2.3 Information about the client that does not have a private status may be used in promotional materials.

3. Based on the preliminary conditions for conducting Transactions on the Site, the Company has the right to require the Client to provide certain identification or other documents. If the Client does not submit such documents to the Company, the Company, at its discretion, may freeze the Client's Account for any period of time, or permanently close the Account. Without limiting the provisions of the Privacy Policy, the Company may, at its discretion, refuse to open an Account to any individual or legal entity, with or without specifying a reason.

4. In the case of registration on ute.limited of a person on behalf of a corporation or other commercial organization, such registration is considered to be the registration of a representative of a corporation or organization in which this person is authorized to represent such corporation or organization as a Client.

5. The Company has the right to disclose private information about its current or former Clients only if the Client gives written consent to such disclosure, or such disclosure is required by applicable law or to confirm the identity of the Client. The Client's information is transmitted only to those employees of the Company who deal with Customer Accounts. Any such information must be stored on electronic or other media in accordance with the requirements of applicable law.

6. The Client confirms and agrees that all or part of the information on the Client's Account and Transactions is stored in the Company and can be used by the Company in case of a dispute between the Client and the Company.

7. The Company, at its sole discretion, may, but is not obliged to, review and verify any information provided by the Client for any purpose. The Client hereby accepts and agrees that the Company has no obligations to the Client in connection with the above-mentioned review or verification of information.

8. The Company is obliged to take measures to implement improved data protection procedures and periodically update them in order to protect private information about Customers and their Accounts.

9. When registering on ute.limited, the Client chooses the username and password used by the Client each time he logs on to the Site, as well as for conducting Transactions and using the Company's Services. In order to preserve the confidentiality of the Client's information on ute.limited, the Client is strictly prohibited from disclosing registration data to other persons or commercial organizations, including, but not limited to, the username and password. The Company is not responsible for any damage or loss caused to the Client due to improper use (including prohibited and unprotected use) or storage of his username and password, including any such use by third parties authorized or not authorized by the Client.

10. The Client is solely responsible for using ute.limited under his name and password. The Company is not responsible for any such use, including checking what actions the Client performs with his Account.

11. The Client is obliged to immediately notify the Company's customer support service of any suspicion of unauthorized use of the Account.

12. The Company does not collect or store customer credit card data.

In accordance with the recommendations of the Council for Security Standards in the Payment Card Industry (PCI DSS), encryption at the transport layer — TLS 1.2 and at the application level by the AES algorithm with a key length of 256 bits is used to protect customer data.

13. Definition of "Cookies":

A cookie is a small set of data that often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to the web browser of the Client's computer or mobile phone (hereinafter referred to as the "device") from the computers of the website and stored on the hard disk of the Client's computer. Each website can send its own cookie file to the Client's web browser, if allowed by its settings, however (for privacy reasons) the Client's web browser allows the website to access only those cookies that it has already sent to the Client's computer, and not to the files "cookies" that were sent by other sites. Many websites use cookies every time a user visits them in order to track online traffic. By changing the settings and browser properties, the Client can set such a configuration of his web browser that will block the access of "cookies" to his computer.

Cookies stored on the hard drive can be used for anonymous identification in the event of a Customer's repeated visit to the website and to identify the most popular pages of the website among our Customers. However, for privacy and security reasons, the Company does not store personal Customer data, including full name, personal information, email addresses, etc. The use of cookies is common. Cookies stored on the hard drive of the Client's device allow ute.limited to create the most convenient and efficient website for the Company's Customers, enabling us to find out the preferences of our Customers.
